Announcement PDF ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 14 OCTOBER 2026 FAR EAST GOLD ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 1 CORRECTIONS TO SHAREHOLDER COMMUNICATION ISSUED BY XINGYE Far East Gold Limited (ASX: FEG) (FEG or the Company) refers to the shareholder communication distributed on behalf of Xingye Gold (Hong Kong) Mining Company Limited (Xingye) on 13 October 2026 concerning the general meetings scheduled for 21 October and 3 November 2026. The communication contains inaccuracies and gives a misleading impression of the Company’s financial position, funding alternatives and project status. FEG provides the following clarifications: • FEG’s FY2026 audited financial statements report consolidated cash and cash equivalents of A$1,897,847 at 30 June 2026 (refer to ASX announcement dated 30 September 2026). • FEG continues to assess commercial opportunities at a project level with the objective of maximising value for shareholders. Any material transaction will be announced in accordance with FEG’s disclosure obligations. • FEG has completed drilling at the Blue Hill Creek Project (refer ASX announcement dated 1 September 2022 and 14 November 2022). • FEG has also completed drilling at the Mount Clark West Project within the past 12 months (refer ASX announcements dated 7 November 2025, 28 January 2026, 10 February 2026 and 30 April 2026). • FEG received a breach notice from the vendors of the Idenburg Project in relation to the CSPA and considers there is no factual basis or merit to the alleged breach. A response was sent to the vendors on 12 October 2026 reserving FEG’s rights. • Xingye’s estimate of funding required to bring three projects into production is their estimate and does not represent FEG’s immediate funding requirements.
